One of the most widely distributed mammals across the Americas, whitetail deer are among the few species aided by human activities. When large trees are cleared for agricultural expansion, for example, deciduous vegetation often starts to grow in, which is the whitetail’s favored habitat.
- History: While you might not think it due to their enormous population today, at one point in the early 20th century, whitetail deer were so severely overhunted that they were nearly endangered. In fact, in just under 100 years their numbers have gone from an estimated 300,000 to over 30 million! Whitetail deer are so well-populated now that they’ve become pests for many farmers and individuals living in urban areas.

STANDARD SERVICE: All items ship from our Southampton, NY location within 1-2 business days. Orders with Standard service will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, or FedEx Home Delivery.
EXPEDITED SERVICE: Please call us for a quote if you wish to have your items shipped using an expedited shipping service such as UPS Two Day or Next Day..

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
Please contact us by email or calling in the event your shipment is lost or damaged. In the event of visible damage, please keep all packaging material. Stevenson’s will provide tracking numbers for all shipments and is not responsible for items not received that the tracking shows as having been delivered.
