While it may look like this little cub has misbehaved, lionesses actually carry their young around in their mouths! Although the female is taking care of the cub right now, normally male lions watch over the young and deter predators while the females hunt.

History: Important symbols in many cultures all around the world, lions are often used to symbolize strength and nobleness. Despite these representations, lions are considered vulnerable on the conservation status spectrum. While sanctuaries and preserves have been established to try and protect the remaining lion population, it's estimated that their numbers are dwindling by as much as 50% every 20 years.

EXPEDITED SERVICE:  Please call us for a quote if you wish to have your items shipped using an expedited shipping service such as UPS Two Day or Next Day..

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit

They saved my son’s fifth birthday by going above and beyond to help me out after I had unbelievably bad luck finding the Playmobil house that he wanted and is near impossible to find.
