The African Elephant can actually be two different species, including the African bush elephant and the somewhat smaller African forest elephant. Although this little one is still just a baby, you'll be surprised at how big it is once it's sitting in your living room!
- History: Despite the presence of sanctuaries for elephants all throughout the world, every African elephant species is facing dwindling population numbers due to the shrinking of their natural habitat from human incursion, as well as severe poaching. Sadly, elephants are one of the most commonly poached animals worldwide due to size of the illegal ivory trade.

STANDARD SERVICE: All items ship from our Southampton, NY location within 1-2 business days. Orders with Standard service will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, or FedEx Home Delivery.
EXPEDITED SERVICE: Please call us for a quote if you wish to have your items shipped using an expedited shipping service such as UPS Two Day or Next Day..

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
Please contact us by email or calling in the event your shipment is lost or damaged. In the event of visible damage, please keep all packaging material. Stevenson’s will provide tracking numbers for all shipments and is not responsible for items not received that the tracking shows as having been delivered.
