Oversize or additional shipping charges may apply to some items due to their size and weight, regardless of the purchase amount. The product page will denote if an item is excluded from the free shipping promotion. Customers will be advised shipping costs for orders going outside the continental USA for customer approval.
Shipping Methods
STANDARD SERVICE: All items ship from our Southampton, NY location within 1-2 business days. Orders with Standard service will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, or FedEx Home Delivery.
EXPEDITED SERVICE: Please call us for a quote if you wish to have your items shipped using an expedited shipping service such as UPS Two Day or Next Day..
Estimated Delivery Times
We will provide an ESTIMATED delivery timeframe at checkout based on the items in your order and your location. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed by any carrier, so please place time-sensitive orders in advance.
Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
Please contact us by email or calling in the event your shipment is lost or damaged. In the event of visible damage, please keep all packaging material. Stevenson’s will provide tracking numbers for all shipments and is not responsible for items not received that the tracking shows as having been delivered.

We offer pick-up at both our Southampton store and our East Hampton store. Please indicate at checkout where you would like to pick up your item(s) or call us at 631-283-2111.
