About Smart Tech Sound: Smart Tech Sound is an exciting addition to BRIO World that lets children take control of an interactive play environment. The 33971 Record & Play Engine is the centrepiece of the play and can communicate with its surroundings, automatically reacting to Smart Tech Sound accessories like the Spooky Train Station with various actions like sounds, motion and multicoloured lights to enhance the play. Customise the play even further by recording your own sounds into the engine or by modifying the sound environment with the Smart Tech Sound app.

STANDARD SERVICE: All items ship from our Southampton, NY location within 1-2 business days. Orders with Standard service will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, or FedEx Home Delivery.

EXPEDITED SERVICE:  Please call us for a quote if you wish to have your items shipped using an expedited shipping service such as UPS Two Day or Next Day..

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit

Please contact us by email or calling in the event your shipment is lost or damaged.  In the event of visible damage, please keep all packaging material.  Stevenson’s will provide tracking numbers for all shipments and is not responsible for items not received that the tracking shows as having been delivered.

They saved my son’s fifth birthday by going above and beyond to help me out after I had unbelievably bad luck finding the Playmobil house that he wanted and is near impossible to find. The first one I ordered from another seller was stolen from my front porch, and the second from a different seller was inexplicably canceled by the seller en route to my house. Enter Stevenson’s Toys, which is literally on the other side of the country. They had a single one in stock and after I explained my plight to Rosie, she not only provided a photo of the toy but her number to reach out with any questions. The owner himself called me a short while later to confirming shipping costs with UPS. When I didn’t receive a tracking number I reached out and they got it to me right away.
