Smart Tech adds to the excitement; the tunnel and workshop communicate with the Smart Tech Engine, animating the play with movement, lights and sound. When the train passes through the Workshop Action Arch, the Smart Tech Engine begins to sound and act broken, slowly rolling to the workshop for repair. As it stops above the repairman’s pit, the child can then use the mechanic character to repair the engine. Once fixed, the train begins rolling again and continues its journey through the BRIO World. STANDARD SERVICE: All items ship from our Southampton, NY location within 1-2 business days. Orders with Standard service will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, or FedEx Home Delivery.
EXPEDITED SERVICE: Please call us for a quote if you wish to have your items shipped using an expedited shipping service such as UPS Two Day or Next Day..

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
Please contact us by email or calling in the event your shipment is lost or damaged. In the event of visible damage, please keep all packaging material. Stevenson’s will provide tracking numbers for all shipments and is not responsible for items not received that the tracking shows as having been delivered.
