Shipping Methods

STANDARD SERVICE: All items ship from our Southampton, NY location within 1-2 business days. Orders with Standard service will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, or FedEx Home Delivery.

EXPEDITED SERVICE:  Please call us for a quote if you wish to have your items shipped using an expedited shipping service such as UPS Two Day or Next Day..

Estimated Delivery Times

We will provide an ESTIMATED delivery timeframe at checkout based on the items in your order and your location. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed by any carrier, so please place time-sensitive orders in advance.

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit

Please contact us by email or calling in the event your shipment is lost or damaged.  In the event of visible damage, please keep all packaging material.  Stevenson’s will provide tracking numbers for all shipments and is not responsible for items not received that the tracking shows as having been delivered.

PICK-UP

We offer pick-up at both our Southampton store and our East Hampton store. Please indicate at checkout where you would like to pick up your item(s) or call us at 631-283-2111.

They saved my son’s fifth birthday by going above and beyond to help me out after I had unbelievably bad luck finding the Playmobil house that he wanted and is near impossible to find. The first one I ordered from another seller was stolen from my front porch, and the second from a different seller was inexplicably canceled by the seller en route to my house. Enter Stevenson’s Toys, which is literally on the other side of the country. They had a single one in stock and after I explained my plight to Rosie, she not only provided a photo of the toy but her number to reach out with any questions. The owner himself called me a short while later to confirming shipping costs with UPS. When I didn’t receive a tracking number I reached out and they got it to me right away. And after two failed attempts, it arrived on my doorstep a day early! Both Rosie and Roy were incredibly kind and helpful and wonderful examples of what customer service should be.
