Spider monkeys are New World primates that inhabit the rainforest regions of South America, Central America and Mexico. Their name comes from their extremely long spider-like limbs and prehensile tails, both of which make them one of the largest New World monkeys.

  • History: Believed to be the smartest of all the New World monkeys, spider monkeys are best known for their wide range of sounds and general hostility towards strangers. If disturbed, spider monkeys will make many different noises, including barking, whining, and screaming. They will even attempt to drop things such as tree branches on intruders.

  • Characteristics: Precisely painted and meticulously crafted for accurate realism, this spider monkey toy model is an excellent addition to any wildlife figurine collection!     STANDARD SERVICE: All items ship from our Southampton, NY location within 1-2 business days. Orders with Standard service will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, or FedEx Home Delivery.

    EXPEDITED SERVICE:  Please call us for a quote if you wish to have your items shipped using an expedited shipping service such as UPS Two Day or Next Day..

    We will provide an ESTIMATED delivery timeframe at checkout based on the items in your order and your location. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

    Items Lost or Damaged in Transit

    Please contact us by email or calling in the event your shipment is lost or damaged.  In the event of visible damage, please keep all packaging material.  Stevenson’s will provide tracking numbers for all shipments and is not responsible for items not received that the tracking shows as having been delivered.

They saved my son’s fifth birthday by going above and beyond to help me out after I had unbelievably bad luck finding the Playmobil house that he wanted and is near impossible to find.
