Also known as the African buffalo, the cape buffalo is one of the largest bovines found on the African continent. Because of their size and strength, the cape buffalo has very few predators aside from lions, and can ferociously defend itself when provoked.

  • History: Contrary to popular belief, cape buffaloes are among the most dangerous animals on the African continent. Like hippopotamuses, they’re extremely territorial and protective of their young, and in some years have been recorded attacking over 200 people. Despite being the focus of many big-game hunters, the cape buffalo is classified as an animal of least concern with a global population of close to a million individuals.

    STANDARD SERVICE: All items ship from our Southampton, NY location within 1-2 business days. Orders with Standard service will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, or FedEx Home Delivery.

    EXPEDITED SERVICE:  Please call us for a quote if you wish to have your items shipped using an expedited shipping service such as UPS Two Day or Next Day..

They saved my son’s fifth birthday by going above and beyond to help me out after I had unbelievably bad luck finding the Playmobil house that he wanted and is near impossible to find. The first one I ordered from another seller was stolen from my front porch, and the second from a different seller was inexplicably canceled by the seller en route to my house.
