There’s only one Original Slinky Brand and this is a Giant Slinky! Celebrate over 75 years of wiggly-jiggly fun with Slinky. Generations of children and adults have loved playing with the classic metal spring toy walks downstairs, alone or in pairs, and makes a slink-ity sound. This retro classic was invented by mechanical engineer Richard James in 1943, who accidentally dropped a spring on the floor and watched as it began to “walk.” Two years later, he introduced his walking spring toy in Gimbels Department Store, and the Slinky immediately sold out. Since its debut, over 300 million Slinkys have been sold worldwide. In 2000, this classic toy was inducted into the National Toy Hall of Fame. Made over 75 years ago, Slinky continues to be a favorite toy of children and adults all over the world and remains a great toy for kids ages 5 and up.

Oversize or additional shipping charges may apply to some items due to their size and weight, regardless of the purchase amount. Customers will be advised shipping costs for orders going outside the continental USA for customer approval.
Shipping Methods
STANDARD SERVICE: All items ship from our Southampton, NY location within 1-2 business days. Orders with Standard service will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, or FedEx Home Delivery.
EXPEDITED SERVICE: Please call us for a quote if you wish to have your items shipped using an expedited shipping service such as UPS Two Day or Next Day..

We will provide an ESTIMATED delivery timeframe at checkout based on the items in your order and your location. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed by any carrier, so please place time-sensitive orders in advance.
Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
Please contact us by email or calling in the event your shipment is lost or damaged. In the event of visible damage, please keep all packaging material. Stevenson’s will provide tracking numbers for all shipments and is not responsible for items not received that the tracking shows as having been delivered.
