The Red Fox is one of the most widespread members of the order Carnivora, which includes bears, cats, canines, seals, hyenas, raccoons and other meat-eating mammals. Found throughout Europe, Asia and North America, the Red Fox is one of the most recognizable members of the Canidae family.

  • History: Foxes feature heavily in the folklore of many cultures. In Native American and European legends, the Fox is regarded as a clever trickster. In Asian cultures, Foxes appear in folklore as powerful spirits that can have as many as nine tails.
  • Scientific Name: Vulpes vulpes
  • Characteristics: This curious Fox is standing with its head turned slightly to the right. Perhaps it heard a sound? Its ears are perked up and its eyes are alert, ready to scurry if a threat arises.
  • Size: This sizeable Red Fox figure measures 7 inches long from nose to tail, and 4 inches tall to the tip of its ears. It's about the size of a large index card.

EXPEDITED SERVICE:  Please call us for a quote if you wish to have your items shipped using an expedited shipping service such as UPS Two Day or Next Day..

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit

They saved my son’s fifth birthday by going above and beyond to help me out after I had unbelievably bad luck finding the Playmobil house that he wanted and is near impossible to find. The first one I ordered from another seller was stolen from my front porch, and the second from a different seller was inexplicably canceled by the seller en route to my house. Enter Stevenson’s Toys, which is literally on the other side of the country. They had a single one in stock and after I explained my plight to Rosie, she not only provided a photo of the toy but her number to reach out with any questions. The owner himself called me a short while later to confirming shipping costs with UPS. When I didn’t receive a tracking number I reached out and they got it to me right away.
