One of the most distinguishing traits of the male lion is its mane, composed of thicker, longer, darker brown fur than what's found on the rest of its body. Most male lions develop manes, and some females do as well. Manes begin to develop around one year of age, and are usually completely filled in by the time a lion reaches four years old. Adolescent male lions will show a developing mane that can have a "mohawk"-like look to it.

EXPEDITED SERVICE: Please call us for a quote if you wish to have your items shipped using an expedited shipping service such as UPS Two Day or Next Day..

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
Please contact us by email or calling in the event your shipment is lost or damaged. In the event of visible damage, please keep all packaging material. Stevenson’s will provide tracking numbers for all shipments and is not responsible for items not received that the tracking shows as having been delivered.
