Overview

The first rocket in the Beginner level series, the high-flying Alpha III was designed with beginners in mind. The Alpha III Launch Set combines the classic Alpha III model rocket with Estes patented launch system.

The black body tube, fluorescent orange nose cone and one piece fin unit is easy-to-assemble and fun to fly! With nothing needed more than everyday household supplies and some glue, you'll be ready for liftoff in an hour.

Using Estes standard model rocket engines (sold separately), watch as the Alpha III soars to 1150 feet high. Once the rocket reaches its peak altitude, it will gently return to earth on its brightly colored, matching orange 12 inch parachute. Whether you're a first time rocketeer or a long time flyer, the Alpha III Launch Set makes launching easier than ever.

STANDARD SERVICE: All items ship from our Southampton, NY location within 1-2 business days. Orders with Standard service will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, or FedEx Home Delivery.

EXPEDITED SERVICE:  Please call us for a quote if you wish to have your items shipped using an expedited shipping service such as UPS Two Day or Next Day..

We will provide an ESTIMATED delivery timeframe at checkout based on the items in your order and your location. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit

Please contact us by email or calling in the event your shipment is lost or damaged.  In the event of visible damage, please keep all packaging material.  Stevenson’s will provide tracking numbers for all shipments and is not responsible for items not received that the tracking shows as having been delivered.

We offer pick-up at both our Southampton store and our East Hampton store. Please indicate at checkout where you would like to pick up your item(s) or call us at 631-283-2111.

They saved my son’s fifth birthday by going above and beyond to help me out after I had unbelievably bad luck finding the Playmobil house that he wanted and is near impossible to find.
