You may return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund (less promotional discounts and shipping charges). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items were damaged or shipped to you in error. 

To return an item, please e-mail us at support@stevensonstoys.com  and reference your name, order number, and the merchandise you would like to return.  We will respond and provide you with a return merchandise authorization number and instructions for your return.  

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If
 you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately after your order at support@stevensonstoys.com or call 631-283-2111. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. 

INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS
If you provide us with an incorrect address, UPS assesses an address correction fee and may return the order to us as undeliverable.  All orders determined undeliverable or incorrect address by UPS or USPS are subject to a $10 fee.

CHECK YOUR PACKAGE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE
Please inspect all packages promptly, any damage must be reported before 14 days for the claim with UPS to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damaged during shipment, please save all packing materials  and contact us immediately at 
support@stevensonstoys.com We cannot process a claim after the 14 day time frame for damage claims.  It is your responsibility to open and inspect all merchandise UPON RECEIPT to insure no damage has occurred.

MISSING PARTS OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If 
you find one of your items is missing parts or defective, please contact us with 14 days of receipt at support@stevensonstoys.com.  We will replace the missing parts or defective product.  If it is necessary for the defective product to be returned, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
